So bring it in. One half a steer.
Freezer of beautiful packages.
Ask what they'd with it:
then enjoy.
Sausages, Burger Amen.

Meat is fantastic, but the service at the sandwich counter leaves a lot to be desired! So grumpy and inaccurate.
We go often, because the sandwiches are so good. I must recommend the dutch crunch roll!
However, the gals that work at the sandwich counter are inaccurate and then rude about it.
I always get the brisket with no marinade...as I am severly allergic to some seasonings that are in barbeque sauces.
They used to get the sandwich done right when the gentleman was taking the orders.
Then a few weeks ago one of the gals took my order, and they put sauce on it. We had already driven away, so I just gave the sandwich to my husband.
Then last week we went again, I told the younger gal several times that I wanted no marinade sauce. But, when I got the sandwich is was dripping with sauce! I took it back in and let them know that I ordered with no sauce. The other woman that made the sandwich then chewed me out and said that it comes with sauce. I told her that I an allergic and that is why I made a point to order with 'no sauce'.
She grumbled and they did remake my sandwich, but this time they gave me no sauce...but also hardly any meat! -

If you need a place for the best meat to BBQ this is the place!! They have it all, Tri-Tip, Skirt steaks, prime rib, briskets and beef jerky!
They also sell their meat marinated, a favorite is Wine n Spice and Spicy Mesquite. They also have sell awesome sandwiches my favorite is the Tri-Trip spicy mesquite on Dutch Crunch bread! My husband orders the Skirt Steak with wine and spice marinade on sour dough. The wait is very very long even during the week so you have to be patient, but its worth the wait. They do need more than two people in the deli to make sandwiches, especially during lunch and weekends. Other than that it's a place you have to stop by and try! -

The sandwiches were a great pre meal to my Half Iron man. I ordered the brisket on dutch crunch and the pastrami on sour dough. It meat was fresh as was the bread.

Special ordered an 18 sandwich variety pack after visiting the day before for a late lunch on the brisket. Roast chicken, pastrami, turkey/bacon/avocado, roast beef, ham, some sausage sandwiches, all on either tasty wheat or sourdough rolls. Our group LOVED everything and plan to build future dinners around a butchers assortment of grilled meats and sausages (and Gizdich pies). Viva Freedom! Viva Meat Locking!
